If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

Eexi is an AI-powered platform that enables users to build, deploy, and host web applications using natural language prompts. The Services include:

• AI-assisted generation of web applications (front-end and back-end)
• User authentication and account management for generated apps
• Database storage for application data
• File and photo upload capabilities
• Hosting and deployment of generated applications
• Custom domain connectivity
• Visual editing tools for modifying generated applications

To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Services.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Build applications that are illegal, harmful, or violate third-party rights
• Generate content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
• Create applications that distribute malware or engage in phishing
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Services or their infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the Services without written authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Your content: You own the applications, data, and content you create using the Services ("Customer Data"). You also own AI-generated outputs produced for you through the Services, subject to any third-party rights in underlying models or training data.

Our platform: The Services, including all software, technology, design, and content provided therein, remain the property of Dytrim Innovations Private Limited or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights of the platform to you.

Feedback: If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Services, we may use them without obligation to you.

Eexi operates on a pay-as-you-go model. You are charged only for what you build. Specific pricing details are available on our pricing page.

• Credits are non-refundable except where required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

We provide hosting for applications built on the platform. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Temporary downtime for maintenance or upgrades
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside our control
• Data loss resulting from your failure to maintain backups

Published applications may be subject to fair-use bandwidth and storage limits as described on our pricing page.

The Services use artificial intelligence to generate code, designs, and content. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or error-free
• You are responsible for reviewing and testing generated applications before publishing
• We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be unique or free from similarities to other generated content
• We do not use your Customer Data to train or fine-tune our AI models

Your prompts and data may be transmitted to third-party AI providers (such as large language model providers) to generate outputs. Their processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services ceases immediately
• Published applications may be taken offline
• We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period (typically 30 days)
• Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dytrim Innovations Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
